ORDER PROCESSING

We're eager for our products to bring magic to your home, and do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. At Yashi Designs, every piece is thoughtfully handmade with care, celebrating the beauty of slow and intentional craftsmanship.

Estimated delivery time is listed at the top of each product page, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your artwork.

  • Available Artworks: Ready-to-ship pieces will be dispatched within 5 business days. Transit time is typically 3–5 business days within the U.S., depending on the carrier.

  • Made-to-Order / Sold Out Artworks: If a piece is sold out, you may inquire about reordering. Since each artwork is handcrafted, lead times vary and will be shared after discussing your custom options.

  • Customization: We are happy to offer custom sizes and color variations on most sold-out artworks. Customization details and timelines will be provided during the inquiry process.

  • If your order contains both Available Artworks and Made to order items, we will ship the entire order together.

ORDER CHANGES

Sometimes things change—we get it! If you need to make a change to your order, update your shipping address, etc, please reach out. We'll do everything we can to make sure you're delighted and have a pleasant experience with us. You can reach us at hello@yashidesigns.com.

RETURNS

Due to the handmade and one of a kind nature of the work, all sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges. Because our products are handmade, some variations will occur between each piece but we do our best to match the measurements and images shown on our website. We recommend reading the dimensions and descriptions listed on our website carefully before ordering. 
Your satisfaction with your order and experience is very important to us, so please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns and we will try to find a suitable solution.
In special circumstances, if your request for return is  accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways along with a 25% restocking fee. We will only accept unused pieces in the original packaging and the buyer will be responsible for the product to arrive undamaged during transport. Please contact us at hello@yashidesigns.com within 15 business days of receiving your order. 

SHIPPING

  • We offer FREE worldwide shipping! Free domestic with no order minimum and $300 MOV for international orders.

  • All orders will be shipped with UPS Ground and typically have a 2-5 business days transit times depending on your country and customs clearance.

  • An email with your tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.

  • Depending on your country or state, additional customs fees, VAT, additional local fees or import  taxes may apply, We are not responsible for any duties, customs charges or (import) taxes and are determined by your local authoritites. YASHI DESIGNS has no control over these costs and cannot predict the exact amount. 

  • By placing an order, you agree to cover any applicable duties and taxes according to the regulations of your country. Shipments that are refused due to unpaid duties or taxes will not be refunded.

  • Important: Phone Number Required
    To ensure smooth delivery, a valid phone number is required specially for international orders. Couriers may need to contact you directly to coordinate the delivery of your artwork. Please double-check your details, as missing or incorrect numbers may cause delays or result in the package being returned.
  • Oversized artworks and packages with dimensions above 65 inches length are not eligible for free shipping.

  • Reminder: international orders are final. Any order that ships over an ocean or border (Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses) is considered international and is final sale.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item an exchange or refund is possible. We are happy to offer store credit for the value of the item. Please contact me immediately with clear images of both the item as well as the packaging, plus a description of the damage. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Color variation will not be considered an acceptable reason for a refund or exchange. I take great care to accurately describe my work and slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings.

RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us because the buyer provided the wrong address, has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt or refused to pay custom duties, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must (re)pay the shipping costs and customs duty/tax (if applicable) before the item can be shipped again.

LOST PACKAGES
