DEFECTS AND LOST ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you receive a broken or damaged wall hanging, an exchange or refund may be due to you. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your purchase with clear images of both the item as well as the packaging and a detailed description of the damage. Before a refund is possible, the defective product must be returned to the shipper in its original condition and packaging.
Color variation will not be considered an acceptable reason for a refund or exchange. Great care is taken to accurately describing the design and the slight color variations that may occur due to differences in smart phone screen or computer monitor settings.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ARTWORK?
All my work is handmade-to-order, so lead time differs as per design and size. Processing times can be found in all product listing descriptions. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Inquiries on custom, one-of-a-kind pieces, or customization of my existing designs are always welcome. Custom orders have a three to eight week turnaround time (depending upon the project) once the order has been received and details regarding your request have been finalized.
Images of custom pieces will be provided prior to shipment; once approval is given, no changes may be made to the item(s) and the order is considered complete and would be shipped thereafter.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF FIBER ART LEAVES?
Please handle this artwork with care. Upon arrival, hang it at first when possible. If needed, adjust the edges of the leaf with your fingers to give it its original shape. Stain-free hair spray can be used occasionally to tame wandering strands.
- This fiber art benefits from limited handling. So please always hold the leaf from the mounting loop.
- Please do not try to remove the felt backing(white colored), it is there to maintain the shape of it.
- The leaf is also not meant to be folded. If you plan to transport/store the leaf, be sure to put cardboard support on the back and front to protect it. Please be aware that rough handling can damage the artwork.
Please note below steps are *only* needed if the leaf got mishandled and does not look as displayed.
- Unmount it and lay it flat on a clean surface.
- Comb with a fine-toothed comb in the direction of the leaf/fringe starting from mid-ridge to the end.
- Spray some non-staining hair spray or fabric stiffener & gently comb again or press the strands with your fingers. Let the spray dry on the leaf laying it flat only.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF THE WALL HANGINGS?
After receiving your fiber artwork, please unpack it as soon as possible. Carefully unpack and hang/mount your piece on your chosen spot. During transport, your wall hanging can sometimes get a bit wrinkled; after hanging the piece, carefully comb the fringes with your fingers, keeping in mind that gravity will eventually straighten itself out.
All Yashi Designs pieces are ready to mount and a rope hanger or mounting hardware is provided or attached for easy set-up. Hang your Fiber art with one or two nails in your desired spot and check that it is level.
Fiber art pieces should be spot cleaned only. Use a soft feather duster to clean away dirt and dust regularly, and a lint roller occasionally, being careful not to disrupt the weaves and knots of the fibers.
Product-specific instructions will be provided with every package.
Please be sure to follow these instructions to ensure a long lifespan for your wall hanging.
Keep wall hanging out of reach of small children and pets. It is exclusively for decorative purposes only and is not intended to act as a toy.
Never tug on the fibers or tassels.
Keep away from direct sunlight.
I use 100% ethically sourced, high quality cotton rope and Oak, Birch, Walnut, and Red oak wood as necessary for each project. Various sheep wool yarns and rovings, natural plant- based yarns like jute, raffia, or hemp are used in the weaving itself.
