How It Works

1) Apply for the Program

Fill up the form below  or email us to hello@yashidesigns.com with your designer credentials (Resale Certificate or Seller Permit Number) along with the project details. 

Once approved, you’ll receive an email with the next steps.

2) Select or Commission your artwork

Existing Artwork/Designs

If you’ve found a piece you love from our portfolio or  available works:

  1. Share a screenshot or link of the artwork along with the shipping details.

  2. We will provide you with an invoice that includes your trade discount and shipping charges.

  3. Once payment is received, your piece will be scheduled for packing and shipping. Usually your order will be shipped within 10 days of receiving your order. 

  4. We usually use UPS ground shipping service that takes 5-7 days for delivery in the US. Please let us know if you prefer some other shipping carrier, we will try our best to accommodate the request.

Custom (Modified) Artwork

If you’d like an existing design but in a different size, color palette, or materials:

  1. Share the link to the artwork and specify your requested changes along with the install date.

  2. We’ll send a custom quote for your approval along with the lead time.

  3. Shipping will be calculated after the artwork is ready and shared before dispatch (especially for large projects).

Commission Artwork

I love to collaborate on sculptural fiber works that respond to space, mood, and materiality. Whether it’s a large-scale lobby installation or an intimate wall piece, each commission is tailored through thoughtful dialogue and material exploration.

A limited number of commissions are available each year, each crafted to resonate deeply with the space and the client’s vision. The process includes:

  1. Initial Conversation – We discuss dimensions, color palette, budget, and any past works that inspire you.

  2. Concept Development & Approval– I create directional sketches or concepts, exploring materiality and composition.

  3. Booking – A 50% deposit secures your place in my studio schedule.

  4. Creation & Updates – I share progress updates or material samples as needed.

  5. Final Review & Delivery – You’ll receive final photos before the piece makes its way to you.

For commissioned work, please include:

  1. Installation date

  2. Project type (residential, hospitality, corporate, etc.)

  3. Artwork dimensions and quantity

  4. Budget considerations

3) Receive a Quote

We’ll send you a detailed proposal, including lead times. Shipping will be calculated after the artwork is ready and shared prior to dispatch—especially for larger projects.

4) Bring Your Vision to Life

We’ll create your artwork with meticulous craftsmanship and deliver it to your project site, ready to install.
